Welcome! I’m Dina Naganova, a certified Permanent Makeup and Tattoo artist committed to delivering luxurious services to everyone who walks through my door. To date, I have an extensive background helping others achieve their unique goals, ranging from tattoos to permanent makeup such as lip blush, lash line enhancement, shaded eyeliner, powder brows, hair stroke nano brows for men and women, and hyper-realistic brows for those with alopecia. This is complemented by a meticulous commitment to sanitization, easy appointment scheduling, and a comfortable/private studio atmosphere to ensure clients receive the ‘beyond the treatment room’ experiences they deserve. With a lifelong learning spirit and love for all things beauty and art, it became the catalyst for me to convert those passions into professions. To date, I hold a BA in Fine Art, ongoingly complete trainings in permanent makeup and tattoo, and am currently on the path of expanding my services to include paramedical tattooing. Taking that with me to my studio, I take pride in creating enhancements that make big differences and bringing a new creative lens to the industry.
