Why was my Twitter account suddenly blocked?

I logged on to Twitter this morning and suddenly I got a message that my account had been suspended. I didn't have any warnings, and I didn't seem to have broken any rules. Now I don't understand what to do and how to restore access.

I'm thinking about how to speed up the development of my project in Rust - I want to find specialists who really know how to do things and help with tasks.
