Although there are rumblings within the industry that indicate a possible divorce among Electronic Arts and FC 24 Coins, this divorce is not officially recognized. According to a posting for a position posted by EA Sports posted on LinkedIn the company is looking for someone to join the team as a producer, product owner or creative in this EA Sports FC series.While the posting doesn't specifically mention it who gets the job will be in charge of bringing custom content to players on the live-service. It appears been believed to be in reference to EA Sports FC the Ultimate Team mode.
It also says that EA is currently looking at the next three years of content and says that personalization of content will be crucial for players as well as the business. The report doesn't give particular examples for what EA Sports FC players can expect apart of cosmetics and other items that are already an expected feature.
FC 24 offers the option of customizing players' kits, club crests and even stadiums. It's likely that these features will all be reintroduced to FC 24. In terms of makeup, EA has already begun exploring selling items that you would not normally see in a football simulator. The first cosmetics that came out shortly after launch for instance, were themed around anime. Maybe EA may be considering following this trend and coming up with more diverse player cosmetics to allow players to create their own personal team to join on the internet.
An interesting aspect of the list is that it continues to refer to the game under its EA Sports FC name, and also states that the selected applicant will be partnering with an EA Sports FC artistic team. Just this week, EA said it was contemplating getting rid of it EA Sports FC name, in part due to the fact that it doesn't want to pay $1 billion for the privilege of using the name.
